Plaza Art Workshop with Elizabeth Welsh

The Plaza Art Workshop is an altruistic initiative with the main goal of accessing art to the mexican community kids who do not get it.   We are convinced that the artistic process develops more capable persons with creativity to problem solving at any professional or social development and in life;  this initiative takes place at the Plaza Juarez of San Pedro with the support of a volunteer team, the San Pedro Government, Museo del Centenario, Museo Marco, and the private companies who every year donate.  The companies that support this workshop are: Arkimo, Camello 13, Carrier, Comex, Crayola, Domino's Pizza, Fundación Gamesa, Gobierno de San Pedro, Marte, Mattel, Museo del Centenario, Museo Marco, Markcom Internacional and Ruta 220 Pedregal.  If you are interested in helping us as a sponsor or a volunteer you are welcome.

During the summer we receive sundays 200 kids at the Plaza Juarez of San Pedro’s Kiosko were they do artistic activities like painting, sculpture and collage as means of expression for free.
